Phuket Trip


Today is day 4 of phuket trip, so far we have been

day 1: Fantasea, a great grand show with a nice buffet. see elephants on the stage performing...

day 2: phang nga, for water rafting and elephant riding. water rafting was 'chi zi', and elephant riding was also sacry, becos we got to sit on the elepant's back!!!!

day 3: city tour by taxi, went beaches hopping, from karon-kata to phearmtrop cape, for the most famous phuket scenery_sunset. clound was thick and we were not able to see the most beautiful monemt of the sunset

day 4: pipi island, snorkelling and swimming....we swan at 1 beach around the rocks, the current was so strong it brought us far away from the beach, we swam so so so hard to fight with the current and finally landed on the beach!It was scary, i thouhgt i was dying....drifted away by the wave...; (


Day 5 to come: songkran and phuket town night market

we spent almost all of our budget already, now is over budget...hav to save money....

    haha.. sounds so funny.. ya! swimming in the sea is different from swimming in the pool.. just be more careful la.. =)

    and phi2 island also not bad....hehe,pronounced phi2 island in local accent to me when u get back....haha

    emergency decree in bangkok on 13th but, there is nothing in phuket here, we celebrate water festival'songkran' as usual. tomorrow fly back malayia.

The Biggest Loser

This is a reality show that i found online recently. From the name, you might think is a 'loser' show, but it is actually a very good reality show on tv!!! It is a show to help obese people in America to lose weight. Almost all contestant is morbidly obese (seriously obese that is a medical illness!) here is the picture to show u all please pay attention to the right side one, see how many abdominal fold he has!!!wow. And, you know what? that old fat guy is a diabetic, hypertensive, hypercholesterol.....not surprising..what surprises me is: he had had gastric bypass done few years ago, still, he still obese ....scary!!!!!!!!! Most of the contestant on the show did reduce their weight successfully look at this one, wow, he has not only lose weight, but also gained muscle!!!! That is a healthy body okay?! What is good about this show is, they help them lose weight by the correct methods: diet and exercise!!!all the other methods like pills, liposuction, bulimia....not in the sh...

没那么简单。。。

不断重复听着这首歌。 最近，好多不容易的事情。 1。 开始新的posting, O&G, 被公认最惨的一个posting. 我也觉得如此。一开始，就要tag 比其它 posting 久。两个礼拜。还有，要在这十四天里，接生 10个，C section assit 3 个。现在酱多houseman， 抢到爆！跟自己人抢，跟人家抢，跟student nurse 抢，how pathetic?! 总算枪完我该做的了，一点都不容易！！！过了一个礼拜，还有另一个礼拜。过后，还有四个月。。。 2。 好不容易，去看了um 的 dermatologist, 拿到了我要的 retinoid acid. 谁知，queen 的 dermatologist 不要给我开始这个药。他说得好像，是我在滥用药物这样。但是，我还是insist 我要继续。他要我签consent, 说不是他的recommendation! Acne o acne, to get rid of you 真的没那么简单。 3。 长大，也并非容易事一桩。好多好多东西，现在都要靠我自己，还有其他人，期待有我可以靠。。。 “什麼都不懂的年纪 曾经最掏心 所以最开心 曾经。。。” 可以不可以回到什么都不懂的时候？！
