no time to blog in BTN, sad

last 2 weeks was fun and I can blog everyday, now that I am in BTN, there is no time for sleep!!!!
but, I stil manage to steal some time to blog, kekeke
so sad, cannot go online for the next 4 days....
after that fly to sabah liao lor
hope the journey from melaka-temerloh-triang, then from triang-kuala lumpur-KLIA will be fine....
the journey sounds tiring....but what to dO????

新年时，看到了很多一年才看到的姑姑姨姨。一年不见，他们一眼就看出我的脸肿。姑姑告诉我说：肥点才好看，以前太瘦了。我心想：我才不要肥，肥在脸上更恐怖。他更叮咛我说：你千万不要减肥，酱很好。我心里OS: 我当然要减肥，每个人都看得出我肥了。我不想成为毕业后就发福的一员。 当惯瘦子，现在成为肥子的一员，很不是滋味。我现在可以体会为体重烦恼的人们。 新年完后，量一量体重，又多了1KG.现在，差不多60KG. OMG, "晴天霹雳"！！！！ 现在开始，要开始跑步，游泳。减少宵夜。

This is a reality show that i found online recently. From the name, you might think is a 'loser' show, but it is actually a very good reality show on tv!!! It is a show to help obese people in America to lose weight. Almost all contestant is morbidly obese (seriously obese that is a medical illness!) here is the picture to show u all please pay attention to the right side one, see how many abdominal fold he has!!!wow. And, you know what? that old fat guy is a diabetic, hypertensive, hypercholesterol.....not surprising..what surprises me is: he had had gastric bypass done few years ago, still, he still obese ....scary!!!!!!!!! Most of the contestant on the show did reduce their weight successfully look at this one, wow, he has not only lose weight, but also gained muscle!!!! That is a healthy body okay?!
