Sleeping Disorder

I enjoy this current posting, but the only part I dislike is it is making my sleeping disorder a recurrence!
Working shift is nice but it is messing with my circadian rhythm and causing my sleeping disorder to come back. I hate this feeling.
Now, I am awake in the middle of the night, writing blogs, on line, doing non sense, not studying.
yesterday I slept for 12 hours til 6pm evening. now I cant sleep at night!
And I have double shift tomorrow, starting from eight am, and also night shift. Argh!!!!!
Poh kim yan, can't you be more self disciplined?!
When will I be able to get rid of this problem?
Argh!!!!!!
